At the Blue Ridge Parkway turn right up onto the Pkwy. Turn right and go 2.1 miles on the Pkwy to road #608(between milepost 202 and 203). Turn right and go 100 yards and take another right into Skyland Lakes Golf Course Development. Bear right on Skyland Lakes Dr., cross the dam and take the second road to the right(Mountain View Dr.). Stay on Mt. View Dr. for .9 mile to Elm Dr. on the left. (The road will become a dirt road for a short distance across the top of the mountain) Turn left on Elm Dr. and bear left and it will lead you to the house and the great view.
